My name is Emmanuel, I am a Frenchman living in Bordeaux.
I have loved photography for a very long time, but I waited until I was in my fifties to seriously start learning more about it and focusing on the topics that interest me the most: Portraits and objects (products, packaging etc.) …
Doing my best with little equipment and ingenuity, better mastering the theory but also refresh my knowledge of the basics of photography are my main objectives.
I’ve long thought that posting my photos on Instagram would satisfy me, but the size and quality of the images just doesn’t suit me.
So here is the place where I will publish my pictures as well as the steps of my progression + information and links that I think are useful.
In the near future, I plan to add comments regarding shooting conditions, difficulties encountered and other useful technical details (camera and light settings) as well as documentation & tutorials links.
